A hands-on, practical introduction to live oral storytelling and the associated skills. Storyteller Joanne Marr leads this participatory session in the Learning Room of Museum & Tasglann nan Eilean, Stornoway for anyone curious about discovering and developing their own storytelling talent. For new and aspiring storytellers.
Joanne has experience working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages and abilities. So come along and let out your inner storyteller, and learn to craft new skills! When: Workshop split across two days. First half on Friday 12 May from14:00 to 16:15 and the second half of the workshop will be on Saturday 13 May from 10:30 till 12:45 (each with a 15 min break). You must be available to attend both sessions.
